Miss-Hits is more than just tennis. We nurture the social, physical and cognitive development of the girls in our programme.

Physically fit
For kids, being active isn’t a chore. By taking part in the Miss-Hits programme, children will benefit from stronger muscles and bones and help develop positive life-long habits.

Emotionally fit
Kids who are active will have a better nights sleep and are more equipped to handle emotional and physical challenges; this in turn helps their social skills develop naturally as they meet new people and make new friends, whilst building their confidence as they progress through the programme.

Tennis fit
Miss-Hits uses carefully designed session plans to incorporate fun and active tennis-based exercises; including dance-like warm-ups, skill building through tennis specific techniques, shot simulation and team games to enhance each girl’s potential.
